Construction Project Coordinator / Billing & Permitting Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced, organized professional to support our electrical contracting team and help keep projects moving efficiently from contract through closeout.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare AIA progress billings, maintain schedules of values, and track payments.
• Coordinate permit applications, inspections, and project documentation.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, and lien releases.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and closeout requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel.

Qualifications:

• Prior construction administration or project coordination experience; electrical contracting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of AIA billing, Florida permitting, and construction lien documentation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with construction accounting or project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, follow through independently, and communicate clearly.
