Job Title: Construction Project Engineer and Construction Field Engineer

Location: Rochester, MN (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and construction activities.
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Support project engineering and technical decisions.
• Coordinate field implementation and prefabrication activities.
• Communicate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and project progress.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with project teams and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to support scheduling, coordination, and resource management.
• Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills for reviewing drawings, supporting technical decisions, and coordinating field implementation.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with construction software, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, strong organizational skills, and a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester, MN, collaborate in a multi-billion dollar project construction environment (as well as an off-site prefabrication complex), and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
