该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural design development, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, and construction support throughout the project lifecycle. Strong English communication skills are essential for collaboration with global stakeholders. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing facilities is highly preferred. Key responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning activities for semiconductor facility projects.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and civil engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Support permitting processes and coordinate with local authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and project meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide construction-phase support, including site inspections, RFIs, submittal reviews, and resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to optimize design, constructability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum 5 years of architectural design and project execution experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Fluent written and spoken English; ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients. Preferred Qualifications

National Registered Architect License (required/preferred Depending On Company Requirements). Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or other high-tech industrial facility projects.

Familiarity with cleanroom design, controlled environments, and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Experience working in international project environments. LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications are a plus. Competencies
