**Position: Construction Project Engineer (Full-Time)About the Role:**The Cavins Group is a fast-paced, growing organization committed to excellence in construction management. We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to take ownership of project coordination and administrative operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related logistics, ensuring seamless communication between field teams, office staff, and stakeholders.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage comprehensive project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Labor & Resource Management: Assist in the coordination of field labor and on-site resources.
• Client Relations: Represent the Cavins Group in meetings with customers, providing professional updates and addressing project needs.
• Operations Support: Assist management with personnel processes and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Project Engineer position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of project documentation and professional conduct.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
