Nest Construction is a Louisville, KY residential remodeling company: kitchens, bathrooms, decks and fences. We are hiring our first full-time Project Manager to run our jobs day to day. This is a hands-on field role, not an office job. We hold a high standard on every job and we need someone who holds the same standard without being asked.

What you will do

• Run the crew on site every day: assign the work, check quality, keep every job on schedule.

• Own the schedule for all active jobs and keep clients, crew and subs on the same page.

• Buy and manage materials: build Lowe's Pro orders, track deliveries, keep job sites stocked, control waste and returns.

• Be the client's day-to-day contact: walk-throughs, progress updates, change requests, punch lists. Calm, clear and professional.

• Update job progress, photos and costs daily in our project management app.

• Hold the line on quality: you know what a finished kitchen, bath or deck should look like and you do not sign off until it is right.

What we need

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required). You will run a Spanish-speaking crew and work with English-speaking clients.

• 5+ years hands-on residential construction and remodeling. You know framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint and finish carpentry well enough to check anyone's work and fix it yourself if needed.

• Experience running crews and subcontractors.

• Experience shopping and managing materials for remodel jobs (Lowe's, Home Depot, suppliers) and staying inside a materials budget.

• Comfortable with technology and AI tools. We use apps and AI every day for scheduling, estimating and communication, and you will too.

• Strong with clients: good communicator, patient, honest, and able to handle problems calmly.

• High standards, organized, reliable, on time.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Pay and details

• $6,000 to $8,000 per month, based on experience. Full-time W-2 employee.

• Monday to Friday, with an occasional Saturday when a job needs it.

• Based in Louisville, KY. Jobs are around the Louisville metro.
