Construction Project Manager

Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Project Manager, where you will lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction work. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and implementing cost management strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to verify accuracy and feasibility before execution.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and project tracking.
• Supervise and manage teams on-site and in the office—fostering a motivated environment focused on safety and excellence.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources while managing project schedules to prevent delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with construction regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, incident reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site management in commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction scheduling best practices.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D for infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Experience managing complex projects using construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and subcontractors while maintaining project timelines.
• Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets meticulously while controlling costs without compromising quality.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
