Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities from project initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction methods.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and material procurement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
• Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.
• Lead and motivate site teams, engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Conduct project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover procedures.
• Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
• Maintain strong coordination with authorities and utility providers.
• Ensure implementation of HSE standards on all project sites.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Total professional experience of 18–20 years in construction projects.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects .
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project planning and management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• G+4 or G+12 and SOE are mandatory

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
