Construction Project Manager

About the Company & building experience

My client is based in San Antonio and have offices in Texas, Atlanta, California and Colorado. They build for private retail developers and well-known brands such as Buckee's, Target, Academy. They generally build within the 1-5M range and it's a mix of strip malls, retail, big box, tilt up and mixed use. They only build in Texas, and travel would be limited to once or twice in the month to visit job sites for the day.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Running multiple projects from buy out to completion in the 1-5M range
• Managing budgets and being able to communicate efficiently to owners.
• This certain individual should have solid tenure and 5-7 years' experience as GC PM.
• Must be versed with dirt, utilities and MEP's vs framing to turnkey.

Qualifications

• Construction science degree or degree is preferred

Pay range and compensation package

• 105-125K base.
• 750 Truck with gas card
• built in bonus incentive
