• Run the entire site operations
• Manage labour, plant, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completed on time and correctly

Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly programmes
• Track progress against deadlines

Cost Control

• Control materials, labour, and plant costs
• Minimise wastage
• Work with the Quantity Surveyor

Administration

• Site Reports
• Method statement
• Quality control records
