The Opportunity

We are working with a leading Solar EPC contractor that is expanding its project delivery team across the United States. We are looking for experienced Solar Construction Project Managers to take ownership of utility-scale solar projects from pre-construction through completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who wants to work on large-scale renewable energy projects , take ownership of project delivery and progress their career within a growing EPC organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of utility-scale solar construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, forecasting and cost controls .
• Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, utilities and internal construction teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, schedule, costs, risks and project performance .
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule constraints and commercial issues.
• Work closely with Site Managers, Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support procurement, materials management and logistics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual, regulatory, safety and quality requirements.
• Drive projects through mechanical completion, commissioning, turnover and final closeout .

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience , ideally within utility-scale solar, renewable energy or EPC construction.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, change management and project controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both corporate and field-based construction teams.
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects is strongly preferred .
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the United States.
