We’ve been in business since 1982, completed over 15,000 projects across all 50 states, and specialize in tenant improvements, renovations, ground-up commercial work, and full project delivery from permit to closeout. We are fully insured, licensed, and bondable, and we take pride in finishing projects on time and on budget.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials
• Work closely with clients, site superintendents, estimators, and internal teams
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on every job
• Maintain clear communication and strong client relationships
• Help deliver the responsive, detail-oriented service our company is known for

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (tenant finish, renovations, or ground-up preferred)
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with field teams and clients
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed (we work nationwide)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction

Location: Based out of our Prior Lake, MN office (with travel to project sites as required).
