Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of construction projects from planning to execution. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Construction Project Manager’s Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
• Manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management, as required.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or sufficient experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Procore – Project Management Software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong Computer aptitude. Must be proficient in Procore, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of reading blueprints, plans, specifications, contracts, quotes, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
• Understand means and methods of construction associated with underground utilities, grading, demolition, and civil engineering construction.
• Has a working knowledge of the cost of goods and services.
• Understand the sequencing of work and the strategy for creating effective project schedules.
• Required: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Required: Successful candidates must pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: background check. Background checks include, but are not limited to, Social Security Verification, Prior Employment Verification, Motor Vehicle Records, Personal and Professional References, and Criminal History.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
