Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline

• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution

• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

-Computer savvy. Must be able to use a desktop computer, laptop and tablets

• Quick learner who is able to self teach/motivate

• Communication is very important

• Attention to detail is very important

• Flexible work schedule between 6am-5pm and Saturdays as needed

• Forward thinking and willing to spearhead expansion

• Leader. This is a growth opportunity into a leadership position

• Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that is insurable

• We are a drug free company so must pass a drug test. We also do random drug testing.

• This position is hourly to salary once proven to be the right person for the role

• We will create a financial bonus program that will be a major part of the salary which will be determined based upon experience and how quickly training and progress occurs

• Construction experience/fence construction experience/project management experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
