Role & responsibilities

1. **Project Planning and Development:**

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulatory standards.

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, and quality control.

• Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing corrective actions as needed.

3. **Stakeholder Management:**
