Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. As a Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage diverse teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain seamless communication among stakeholders. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams.
• Manage construction budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing estimates, and controlling expenditures with tools like HeavyBid and construction cost management software.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam to track progress, document changes, and communicate updates effectively.
• Supervise on-site teams by managing daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, and adherence to project schedules.
• Manage project documentation including reports, logs, change orders, and regulatory compliance records for transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Strong background in cost management practices utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating software.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with civil 3D for site design coordination is preferred.
• Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore, Prolog or Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
• Hands-on experience working on heavy civil or infrastructure projects involving complex site logistics.
