Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee and remediation interior repairs. This role demands a proactive leader with a passion for, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements using subcontractors and internal labor. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using excel or job management software
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures with Construction budget management software.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project communication and collaboration.
• Ensure construction site safety protocols are followed rigorously in accordance with construction regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to accurately assess project costs and resource needs while managing project schedules effectively.
• Monitor progress through regular site visits, manage change orders, resolve issues promptly, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status.
• Lead project teams by providing clear direction, fostering teamwork, and managing performance to meet project objectives Up to willingness to hop in and help if we have a need and cant find a good subcontractor and have to train an internal employee

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing repair projects with a strong background in construction management software such as dash/ Xactimate/ symbility/ procore/ microsoft project or other progrct management software
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques including construction schedule coordination and project timeline management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets using tools like HeavyBid or equivalent cost management software.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; ability to motivate and coordinate diverse groups effectively.
• Solid background in construction estimating, project coordination, and project management principles.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; adept at resolving conflicts diplomatically.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
