Construction Project Manager

Haroon Developments is a growing government contractor and construction company operating in Lahore and surrounding regions. The organization focuses on delivering commercial projects with attention to quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion. The role includes coordinating engineers, site teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; monitoring project schedules, budgets, quality, and progress; and ensuring work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and contractual standards. The Project Manager will also handle client communication, site meetings, progress reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with management to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building construction and road projects
• Strong experience in construction, renovation, and refurbishment of bank buildings/branches
• Ability to manage projects from planning through completion
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Strong knowledge of construction quality, safety, timelines, and cost control
• Ability to monitor site progress and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings and specifications
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Civil Engineering / Construction Management qualification preferred
