Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets through effective cost estimation, cost management strategies, and financial tracking using HeavyBid or comparable tools.
• Oversee construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained across all activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans and schematics for accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate project schedules with construction schedule coordination tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Ensure all construction plans comply with local codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Track project performance metrics related to schedule adherence, cost control, and quality assurance to inform decision-making.Qualifications
• Proven experience managing large-scale civil or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of heavy infrastructure development.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety compliance and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced construction management environment.
• Familiarity with construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings (Civil 3D preferred).
• Excellent time management skills coupled with leadership qualities necessary for project coordination and team supervision.
• Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to commercial infrastructure projects and experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
