One of London’s growing and highly ambitious main contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the business to support on Gateway submittals and subsequent live site delivery.

With a strong pipeline of secured projects and continued growth across Central London, this contractor has built a reputation for delivering complex schemes to a high standard while maintaining a collaborative, people-focused culture. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their operational team with the appointment of a driven and technically strong Project Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of large RC Frame developments and play a key role from early construction through to final handover.

The Opportunity

The Role

• Managing the project from inception through to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and client relationships
• Leading site meetings and reporting to senior management
• Overseeing RC frame, structural, and fit out packages
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintaining high standards across all phases of delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
• Experience delivering large-scale developments in Central London
• Cradle-to-grave project delivery experience essential
• Engineering background advantageous
• Alternatively, strong experience delivering major RC frame developments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commercially aware with strong operational management ability
