Construction Project Manager

UCC Private Limited is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead site delivery on large-scale, high-value building projects in Chashma, Mianwali District. You will run the project independently on site and take full ownership of schedule, cost, quality, safety and contractual compliance. This is a site-based role, with accommodation and mess provided.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage site execution of building and civil works, from planning through completion
• Plan, monitor and control the project schedule, resources and budget, and act early to keep work on time and within cost
• Interpret drawings, specifications and construction methods so work is built correctly to design
• Lead client coordination, including progress updates, approvals and issue resolution
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, including scope, performance and timely delivery
• Enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements across the site
• Ensure all contractual requirements are met and documented

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale, high-value building projects as a project manager or senior construction manager
• Strong technical knowledge of building civil works, drawings, specifications and construction methods
• Proven ability to work independently across planning, resources, client coordination, vendors and subcontractors
• Strong control over schedule, cost, quality, QA/QC, HSE and contractual requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
