Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing projects from start to finish.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in construction project management
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, proposals, contracts, and pay applications
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and other project management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience: Prior construction project management experience is required.

Starting Pay: Starting pay will be based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
