Civic Construction Company Inc. is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. Our work includes luxury condominiums, high-rise residential buildings, office buildings, and mixed-use developments throughout South Florida.

The Project Manager will work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers to keep projects on schedule and within budget. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and communicates clearly with the entire project team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors and work closely with the superintendent to maintain progress on site.
• Review plans and specifications, identify conflicts, and manage RFIs and submittals.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders.
• Manage monthly pay applications and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and keep owners and project teams informed of progress and issues.
• Oversee quality control, punch lists, turnover, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial, high-rise residential, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office preferred.
• South Florida construction experience preferred.
