Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change requests, and other project records.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
• Lead, guide, and support project team members to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Structural Engineering, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a project management role in A&A / New Build, experience in conservation-related projects; experience with heritage buildings is an advantage.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables.

• Good knowledge of construction processes, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and relevant digital tools.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and lead cross-functional project teams.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, decision-making, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
