Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using ProCore or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively.
• Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures using tools like HeavyBid or Construction estimating software.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and project management software updates; address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering collaboration to ensure high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction plans review.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from conception through completion.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements across different regions.
• Excellent project leadership skills with a focus on team management and effective communication.
• Solid understanding of cost management practices including budgeting, financial tracking, and contract administration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with strong time management skills in fast-paced environments.
