Construction Project Manager

PM Technologies is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Construction Program Manager to join our team in Los Angeles!

We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and collaborative construction professional with strong project management experience. Airport construction experience is highly preferred , open to applicable experience.

What You’ll Do

• Report directly to Owner Management and oversee assigned project(s)
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and schedules
• Take full ownership of project success from conception through client handover
• Lead projects to successful completion with a focus on technical performance, financial results, schedule, and quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Monitor and control project safety, risk, budget, and schedule
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Review, respond to, and process:
• RFIs
• Submittals
• ROM estimates
• Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
• Change Order Requests (CORs)
• Contractor and consultant invoices
• Coordinate drawing submittals between contractors and design professionals and ensure all transmittals are properly documented
• Review and approve contractor work plans
• Lead project teams by prioritizing critical work, addressing obstacles, managing resources, and meeting deadlines
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Maintain familiarity with applicable Federal, State, and Local building codes and permitting processes

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management , or a related field
• Significant experience in construction project/program management
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents
• Strong understanding of project controls, budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex construction environment
