Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Managers and Related Professionals to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently.
• Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Oversee procurement processes, including material ordering and vendor management, to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections.
• Utilize Civil 3D for site design review and modifications as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation meticulously, including reports, change orders, and compliance records, fostering transparency and accountability.

Skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design review and site planning.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining focus on deliverables.
