What they need

About Us

We are a growing hospitality and restaurant group operating across South Florida. We create spaces where guests want to gather, and we're expanding quickly with new openings, renovations, and refreshed concepts across our portfolio.

We're looking for a hands-on Construction / Project Manager to own the build-out and renovation of our new spaces from first sketch to opening day.

The Role

The Construction / Project Manager leads construction and renovation projects across multiple locations. This is an on-site, field-based role: you'll move between active job sites as we open new locations and upgrade existing ones.

You'll manage several projects at once, including new restaurant openings, renovations and brand-standard upgrades (PIPs), bar and amenity build-outs, and multi-site rollouts. You'll be the owner's representative on every job, keeping work on schedule, on budget, and up to our standards while keeping operations running for guests and staff.

Reports to: General Partner and COO

Location: Palm Beach / WPB (South Florida), on-site at multiple locations

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through opening, including new restaurant build-outs, renovations, PIPs, and bar and amenity upgrades.
  • Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work; track costs and report progress to leadership.
  • Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and select and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and kitchen and bar equipment consultants to turn design intent into finished spaces.
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and code compliance with local building, health, fire, and ADA requirements.
  • Lead on-site job walks and progress meetings, and keep quality, safety, and workmanship to our standards.
  • Plan renovation work in phases so restaurants stay open and guest disruption is minimal.
  • Manage FF&E and OS&E procurement, delivery, and installation timelines.
  • Run punch lists, closeouts, and turnover to operations teams so new locations open on time.
  • Develop repeatable processes, standards, and prototypes to support multi-site rollouts as we grow.

What You Bring

Required

  • 3–5+ years of construction or project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven record of running multiple projects at once, on time and on budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, permitting, and inspections.
  • Experience managing contractors, bids, change orders, and project budgets.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and design drawings.
  • Clear communicator who works well with designers, contractors, and operations teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site across multiple locations, with flexible hours when projects require it.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, especially restaurants, bars, or hotels.
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, bar systems, and health department requirements.
  • Experience with multi-unit rollouts or brand-standard renovation programs (PIPs).
  • Experience renovating spaces that remain open to guests during construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • PMP, OSHA 30, or similar certifications.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Room to grow with a company in active expansion
