Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Manage construction budgets meticulously, including cost estimating, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the development and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Supervise on-site activities by managing teams of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain safety standards and project quality.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Utilize construction management software.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and detailed reporting to ensure seamless project coordination.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project timeline coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately.
• Strong background in cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with construction site supervision, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
