Construction Project Manager

Golden View Renovation is a company comprised of experts in interior design, architectural planning, construction, and field management. We are a fast-growing construction company in the Bay Area looking to hire a new Project Manager. This is an exciting position with significant opportunities to grow your knowledge, experience, and income.

Position Description:

The Project Manager's tasks include, but are not limited to, managing several job sites simultaneously, working alongside other project managers, and ensuring production remains on schedule.

Position requirements:

• Expertise in residential construction to improve all aspects of production and construction
• 10 years of experience in residential project management
• 10 years of experience working directly with clients, providing high-level customer service and leadership
• High level of knowledge regarding residential construction codes
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans
• Extensive knowledge of all construction trades (electrical, plumbing, framing, foundation, finish work, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple individuals
• Ability to train and supervise other project managers, subcontractors, designers, and engineers
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between multiple job sites to manage field work
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Must use personal vehicle for travel between job sites

Job details

• Working 5 days a week, Monday - Friday. (Sundays if needed)
• $130k-$150k yearly salary
• 5% – 10% bonus based on profit from change orders, guaranteed from the first month
