Role Description This full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role is based in Bellflower, CA. The Construction Project Manager oversees projects from planning through completion, including coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, tracking budgets and costs, managing change orders, and resolving site issues in collaboration with field and office teams. The role also involves communicating with clients and stakeholders, preparing status reports, and ensuring quality control throughout all phases of construction. The Construction Project Manager is expected to provide leadership on the job site, support continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong project oversight abilities with skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management.
• Ability to coordinate tasks, schedules, and stakeholders, demonstrating effective Project Coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for construction projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide site personnel and promote a safe work environment.
• Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
