SENIOR ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL

📍 Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

💼 Experience: 10–15 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil Engineering

🏗️ Industry: Building Construction / Project Management

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer / Project Manager to take independent responsibility for site execution and project coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Site & Project Management

• Overall management and supervision of day-to-day site activities.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling project execution.
• Tracking project milestones and ensuring timely completion.
• Monitoring manpower, materials and site resources.

2. Contractor Management

• Coordination and supervision of contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitoring contractor performance and progress.
• Conducting site meetings and following up on pending activities.
• Identifying delays and ensuring corrective action.

3. Quality & Technical Coordination

• Ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination with architectural, structural and MEP consultants.
• Identifying technical/site issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Preliminary checking of contractor measurements against actual execution, drawings and BOQ.

4. Client & Consultant Coordination

• Coordination with client, consultants and PMC representatives.
• Attending site inspections and project review meetings.
• Following up on approvals, instructions and action points.

5. Planning & Documentation

• Preparation of DPR, MPR and progress reports.
• Maintaining site records, instructions, approvals and correspondence.
• Monitoring project progress against the approved schedule.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10–15 years of relevant building construction experience
• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• Strong technical and site execution knowledge
• Good contractor and team management skills
• Ability to independently manage site activities
• Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can take ownership of the project, proactively identify issues and drive the site towards timely and quality completion.
