D&T Construction LLC isn't looking for someone to simply fill a Project Manager position.

For more than 14 years, D&T Construction has built a reputation serving residential and commercial customers throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Today, we're growing rapidly, taking on larger projects, expanding our team, and building the systems and leadership needed for the next stage of our company.

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who takes ownership, communicates well, solves problems, and can keep projects moving from contract to completion. You'll work directly with our team, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews—and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we operate as we continue to grow.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire day behind a desk. You'll be involved in the projects you're managing—from planning and scheduling to site visits and customer communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinating crews, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and project schedules
• Visiting job sites and monitoring progress, workmanship, and project needs
• Keeping customers informed throughout their project
• Reviewing project scopes, plans, estimates, and change orders
• Identifying problems early and finding solutions before they become bigger problems
• Coordinating inspections, permits, and other project requirements
• Tracking project schedules, costs, materials, and documentation
• Working closely with ownership, estimating, sales, and field teams
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Helping improve our processes as the company continues to grow

Who We're Looking For

Construction experience is important, but we're just as interested in how you operate.

We want someone who:

• Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Can manage several moving pieces without losing track of the details
• Communicates confidently with homeowners, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field
• Understands construction and can recognize quality work
• Is organized but can adapt when the day doesn't go according to plan
• Holds themselves and others accountable
• Wants more than just another job and is interested in growing with a company

Previous project management, construction management, superintendent, estimating, or related construction experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one — passport will be required
• Construction knowledge and/or relevant project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel as projects require
• Comfortable using phones, computers, email, and project-management software
• Ability to professionally represent D&T Construction with customers and industry partners
