Do you want to lead exciting construction projects in a growing, family-run business?

TED Construction and Developments LTD is looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Project Manager to keep our projects moving from first plan to final handover. You’ll manage multiple live sites, lead and support our construction team, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and make sure every job is safe, on time, on budget and finished to a high standard.

Organisation is essential in this role. You’ll be someone who plans ahead, keeps schedules, labour and materials under control, and spots potential issues before they become delays. You’ll be comfortable juggling competing priorities while ensuring the team knows exactly what needs to happen next.

You’ll also be a strong, positive people manager. You’ll lead by example, get the best from your team, recognise good work, and create a respectful team environment where people feel supported, valued and accountable. Clear communication and a calm, practical approach will help you keep clients, suppliers and colleagues aligned.

You’ll need:

• Construction project management experience
• Excellent organisation, planning and time-management skills
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and manage construction teams
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• A sound understanding of health and safety
• Confidence managing subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships
• A proactive attitude and pride in quality work
• A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel between our office and project site

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
