Construction Project Manager

Brightstar Group is seeking a hands-on, organized Construction Project Manager to assist with our real estate development, general contracting, and property management operations.

Our projects include custom residential homes, townhouse developments, and apartment complex repositioning projects, primarily in the Biltmore and Arcadia Lite areas of Phoenix.

This position will support projects from entitlements and permitting through construction and completion, while also helping coordinate maintenance and improvements across our multifamily and office portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entitlements, permitting, inspections, and municipal approvals
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Help supervise active construction projects and subcontractors
• Create and maintain construction and project schedules
• Assist with material procurement, including sourcing and purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries, and handling returns and exchanges
• Pick up or coordinate pickup of materials and supplies as needed
• Track project progress, outstanding items, and deadlines
• Assist with bidding, proposals, punch lists, and project closeout
• Coordinate vendors for tenant maintenance requests and property repairs
• Assist with apartment turnovers, office improvements, and capital projects
• Conduct jobsite and property visits as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, general contracting, real estate development, facilities management, or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of construction plans, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Ability to travel locally between Brightstar Group properties and projects

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Approximately 25 hours per week

Compensation ranges from $20–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
