Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
• Develop detailed construction schedules using JobTread scheduling tools; monitor progress regularly to identify and resolve potential delays.
• Oversee procurement processes including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and change order management.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, safety adherence, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs meticulously using cost management tools; implement corrective actions as needed to stay within financial targets.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports; communicate project status updates clearly and proactively.
• Lead project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve issues promptly, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing remodleing construction projects in the residential sector.
• Strong proficiency with project management software including JobTread, AI, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent leadership skills required.
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling practices and project coordination methodologies.
• Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols on job sites.
• Hands-on experience with managing complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; strong time management abilities are essential.
• Valid experience in managing contracts and negotiations within the construction industry is highly desirable.
