Work Location: Dinalupihan, Bataan (On-site for the full duration of the project)

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead the w arehouse fit-out and renovation of our Battery Material Recovery (BMR) facility in Dinalupihan, Bataan.

As the on-site representative, you'll own project execution from design review and contractor coordination to construction oversight and final turnover, ensuring the facility is delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead the successful execution of the warehouse fit-out and renovation project from construction through project handover.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative, coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies throughout the project.
• Develop, monitor, and proactively update project schedules to ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents, identifying and resolving issues before they impact construction.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, Philippine building codes, engineering standards, and project quality requirements.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Track project costs, variations, and budget performance while providing timely updates to management.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for company leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee inspections, testing, punch listing, and final acceptance of completed works prior to facility turnover.
• Following project completion, transition into a Facilities or Production Manager role and oversee plant operations, preventive maintenance programs, and production support activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. A valid PRC Registered Engineering License is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience managing construction-stage projects, with experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities projects preferred.
• Experience working as a Project Manager or Owner's Representative is highly desirable. Candidates from contractor organizations with demonstrated project management responsibility are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine construction codes and standards, including the National Building Code and Philippine Electrical Code.
• Experience using project scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent project management tools.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of making sound decisions independently while working on-site.
• Interested in building a long-term career by transitioning into an operational leadership role after project completion.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Dinalupihan, Bataan for the full duration of the project.
