Senior Project Manager

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth

Compensation: Up to $150,000/year (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects across the DFW region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and will be responsible for full project lifecycle management—from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Lead coordination with owners, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance
• Provide leadership to project engineers and site teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
