Construction Project Manager

Overview

Fittra is a renovation company with trusted team of partner architects, engineers, and designers. We offer professional commercial and residential turnkey services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process from mobilisation to handover.

• Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements and project specifications.

• Drive the site programme, ensuring works progress in line with the agreed plan and taking corrective action where needed.

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

• Conduct regular site inspections, identify quality or safety issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.

• Record and report key project metrics to the project team and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field would be preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing high-end residential development projects from inception to completion.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and relevant regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
