Construction Project Manager

About The Role We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse construction and engineering projects - from creative small-scale renovations to complex multi-million-euro initiatives. You will own projects end-to-end, shape technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction, renovation, and office fit-out projects from concept to final delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Act as a general contractor, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Organize tenders, evaluate vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contractor relationships.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and project priorities.
• Ensure quality of execution and compliance with engineering, construction, and safety standards.
• Provide technical input on construction, renovations, office setup, and engineering solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges.
• Keep all stakeholders aligned on project progress, costs, risks, and key decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction, renovation, fit-out, or engineering projects.
• Engineering, construction, architecture, or a related technical background.
• Experience managing projects of different scale and complexity, including large-budget initiatives.
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including WBS and CPM.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, cost control, procurement, tenders, and risk management.
• Solid experience managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering best practices, and safety standards.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and project management tools such as Asana.
• A high level of ownership, autonomy, and the ability to find practical and creative solutions.
