Construction Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.
• This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
• Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and crew supervisors.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
• Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.
