Salary: $65,000–$90,000+, depending on experience

About the role

Premier Water Removal is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from the initial site visit through completion. You will be the homeowner’s primary contact. You will coordinate subcontractors and material selections, manage budgets and schedules, manage relationships with insurance adjusters and TPAs. You will also keep the office and insurance partners informed.

What you will do

· Scope damaged properties, document repair needs, and coordinate estimates, supplements, and approvals with the estimating team and insurance partners.

· Manage project schedules, labor budgets, subcontractor payments, and completion documentation.

· Keep homeowners informed, guide material selections, and resolve concerns throughout the project.

· Coordinate subcontractors, review work orders, walk jobs with crews, and monitor workmanship and progress. Job site visits

· Maintain timely project notes and documentation in Dash and XactAnalysis.

What you bring

· Construction project management experience and knowledge of residential repair sequencing and trades, including drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry.

· Experience working with insurance adjusters, third party administrators, approvals, and supplements.

· Familiarity with Xactimate and its reports, XactAnalysis documentation, and DASH project records.

· Experience with ITEL sampling and reports, material identification, and material selection within project allowances.

· Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and support homeowners through an unexpected loss.

· Ability to inspect damaged properties, including roofs, attics and crawlspaces; climb ladders; and lift up to 50lbs when required.

Workload
Typically 15–20 projects at different stages, depending on size and complexity.
