- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and cost forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to maximise project profitability.
- Work closely with Project Superintendents to coordinate site activities, subcontractors, materials and project milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects and other key project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, budgets and potential issues.
- Review construction drawings and specifications, identifying design discrepancies, coordination issues and potential code compliance concerns before work begins.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and contract buyout, ensuring accurate scopes of work and competitive costs.
- Review change orders, project costs, subcontractor applications for payment and project billings.
- Oversee quality control, submittals and project documentation, ensuring materials and installations meet project specifications.
- Use project management software, including Procore, to maintain accurate records and support effective project delivery.
- Lead and contribute to project meetings, resolving issues proactively and keeping all parties aligned on programme, budget and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For:

- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project budgets, scheduling, contracts and subcontractor management.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction project management platforms.
- Primavera P6 experience would be advantageous.
