Construction Project Manager

A Charleston, SC-based Commercial General Contractor is seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of prior experience. A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Construction Related Curriculum is required. The candidate should be proficient with the following: SureTrack Scheduling, Timberline Estimating, Sage Contractor, Expedition, NavisWorks, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Specific project experience with: Office, Medical, Retail, Warehouse and Distribution, Manufacturing, Schools, Ecumenical and Industrial Projects is preferred. The candidate should be well-versed and capable of performing Contract Preparation, Estimating, Scheduling, Bidding, Cost Forecasting and all other management functions.
