Construction Project Manager

Brady Builds is a commercial flooring, cabinet and countertop contractor in the Las Vegas Valley. We are hiring a project manager to own each job from conception through completion, keeping clients informed and coordinating our team to deliver quality work.

What you will do

• Review estimates, plans and scope at award, and flag missing scope before anything is contracted.
• Be the client’s main point of contact from contract signing through closeout.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings and RFIs in Buildertrend and GC portals such as Procore.
• Manage material procurement, confirm pricing and freight, and track lead times.
• Process change events and change orders as they arise, including pricing, documentation and approval before additional work proceeds.
• Coordinate our work to meet the general contractor’s schedule, and set project schedules directly with residential clients.
• Communicate proactively, attend weekly project meetings, and keep Buildertrend records, daily logs and job costs current.
• Complete punch lists, O&M manuals and warranties; coordinate closeout with the GC or residential client and assist accounting with payment follow-up, including retainage, through final payment.

What we are looking for

• Experience managing commercial construction projects, with five or more years preferred. Specialty contractor experience (flooring, cabinets and countertops) is a strong plus.
• OSHA 30 certification required within 15 days of hire.
• Live in the Las Vegas area or relocate before your start date.
• A team player. We are a growing team, and everyone pitches in to fill the gaps.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and proactively keep clients and your team informed.
• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend or other construction software is a major plus.
• Quick with software. We use AI tools every day, and if you already use them in your work, tell us.
• Valid driver’s license and professional, reliable transportation.

Pay and benefits

• $85,000 to $120,000 a year, depending on experience.
• Discretionary profit sharing.
