Construction Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Abilene team and help lead commercial construction projects throughout West Texas.

From educational facilities and office buildings to retail and community spaces, our projects provide opportunities to make a lasting impact. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering quality results.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects, including budgets, schedules, and overall coordination.
• Prepare estimates, review drawings and specifications, and identify project resource needs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, change orders, and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with field teams and conduct jobsite visits.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address project challenges while keeping work on schedule and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction or project management experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with field and office teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
