Construction Project Manager

Jackson Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initial planning through final completion. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules and budgets, monitor construction progress, and ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience coordinating construction teams and managing multiple project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction project activities.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Track project expenses, material costs, and resource requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor workmanship, quality, and safety compliance.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate schedule changes.
• Maintain project reports, meeting notes, change orders, and progress records.
• Coordinate inspections and support project closeout activities.

Requirements

• Experience in construction project management or a related construction leadership role.
• Knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and applicable building codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites, as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of subcontractor management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant construction management or safety certifications.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
