Position Summary

This position is primarily based in our Cherry Hill, NJ office, with some travel required to project sites throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic region.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project
• Develop, update, and communicate project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Monitor project budgets, contracts, costs, and profitability
• Manage change orders and project documentation
• Prepare and process owner billings
• Lead project meetings and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
• Manage punch lists, closeout documentation, and warranty follow-up
• Partner with company leadership to continuously improve project performance and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent construction management experience)
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Sage Timberline (Sage 300 CRE), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred

• Design-build construction experience
• Experience with negotiated commercial projects
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and contract administration
