Construction Project Manager

Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using Microsoft Projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
• Oversee daily operations on-site to monitor progress, quality control, and safety adherence across all construction activities.
• Manage project timelines proactively by utilising effective time management strategies to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Track project milestones and update stakeholders through detailed reports and meetings, maintaining clear communication channels.
• Address unforeseen issues swiftly by implementing problem-solving techniques while maintaining project momentum.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft projects and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time across multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaborative working relationships.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
