We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Construction Project Manager who takes ownership, enjoys solving challenges, and knows how to keep projects moving.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project progress.
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and clients.
• Review construction plans, manage procurement, and handle change orders.
• Solve challenges, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of commercial construction project management experience required.
• Experience with ground-up construction, retail remodels, or commercial renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read construction plans and effectively lead project teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore required.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
