As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day project execution.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager who understands residential construction from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple active projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.

This is a hands-on position requiring regular jobsite visits, strong communication, and the ability to identify and solve problems before they become delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop, manage, and maintain construction schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
• Ensure all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Review subcontractor work and verify completed milestones before payment approval.
• Identify potential project delays and proactively implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress photos, schedules, and project documentation in Buildertrend.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential issues to company leadership and homeowners.
• Coordinate change orders, additional work, and scope adjustments.
• Manage project punch lists and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professionally managed jobsites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction management or supervision.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, trades, sequencing, and building codes.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and holding teams accountable.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable using construction management software; Buildertrend experience preferred.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $94,600.00 per year
